Liability for content

According to sec. 7 of Germany’s Telemedia Act (TMG), we are responsible as service provider for our own content on these pages pursuant to the general provisions of statute. According to secs. 8 to 10 TMG, however, we have no duty to monitor third-party information transmitted or saved, or to investigate circumstances pointing to unlawful activities. This does not affect our duty to remove or block the utilization of information pursuant to the general provisions of statute. Any liability in this respect, however, is not possible before we obtain knowledge of a specific infringement of the law. Once we become aware of corresponding breaches of the law, we will remove such content without delay.

Liability for links

Our offering contains links to external web pages of third parties whose content we cannot influence. This being so, we are unable to assume any guarantee for such third-party content. For the content of the linked pages, the provider or operator concerned is responsible at all times. The linked pages were examined as to any legal infringements at the time of linking. No unlawful content was recognizable at the time of linking. However, continuous monitoring of the content of linked pages without specific indication of a breach of the law is unreasonable.
